How did you come up with 5%?
In taking on such an massive project of this app functionality integrating with Shopify, keeping up with their constant updates in code, maintaining speed, and so on... we knew we couldn't just be a $10/month or even $100/month per user type of app.
We also recognize, some companies post in waves, like post Xmas or post busy season, and we didn't want a high rate to discourage small users either.
We came to see the value we are giving and asked a multitude of store owners to help us quantify the value we are providing. While some said we could charge more, we came to 5%. If you don't think it's fair, reach out with you opinion, we listen.
What is 'Enterprise' pricing?
We fully recognize that at some point, it just becomes too much, at least for our comfort level. We're not out to be billionaires here, we have an altruistic attitude. We're in business, we need to make a living, but there comes a point where, in my opinion, it's too much. We really want to be fair. If it's a big business pushing a thousands of products a month, we want to be flexible. The goal is helping companies before the money.
We are a non-profit, can you help us?
We absolutely remain open to helping with a a reduced fee. Just reach out with your proposal.
How does payment work?
Shopify handles all of that. It comes off of your month end Shopify bill, and then they pay us.
Is this only available on Shopify?
ReturnsForSale is currently built for the Shopify. We want to do others, and likely will in time. Reach out if you have a strong desire for us to be on your platform to motivate us!
