How much does it cost?
There is no monthly fee, only use it when you need it. We charge 5% of the sale when it sells.
How do I pay?
It comes out of your monthly Shopify fees, nothing you or we need to do, they handle it.
Are you on other platforms besides Shopify?
Currently we are not, but we hope to in the future
Why only Shopify?
With over 5M Shopify stores, we are focused on making this one great.
Can we use our own colors for our brand?
Yes, you can dial in exactly the colors and fonts.
Do you offer languages besides English?
You can can use any language on most of it, but not all of it. If you would like the ‘conditions’ ABCDE put into a different language, we can do that, just reach out.
Can I do different categories for the ‘conditions’ ABCDE?
Yes, just reach out and we’re happy to do that custom for you.
Will these ‘Returns For Sale’ items clog up my product catalog in Shopify back end?
No! Once they sell, the product will archive for 40 days, and then delete. You can ask to have them delete right away. We kept them on for 40 days for other returns software that my be looking for it.
Does it work well?
Yes. If you have traffic, it will sell. While some won’t buy an open box, many will look for a discount opportunity.
How easy is it to post?
We made it to take less than a minute to post, we wanted it very easy. The only time consuming part is taking a photo of what’s wrong with product.
What if I don’t want take returns on these products?
We have a modal (pop out) that a customer can click to see your custom return policy. A good one is, no returns on products that are not in A condition, but you can have it say whatever you like.
If I DRIP a product to reduce by 1% a day, will it go to $0 in 100 days?
No, it discounts from the day before, not from 100, so it would never go to $0, and you can set a floor discount so it stops.
I have questions, how do I contact you?
Oh that’s easy, we have cell phones, whatsapp, email… we want to help and love talking with clients. It helps us learn and grow.
