Returns For Sale has rolled out several enhancements to improve user experience that I'm really excited to share. It was pretty big, with a lot of time and thought as to how this could all work.
-
Templates: We added the capability to use Templates. Some larger companies we found were using different templates for different pages and needed this capability. For most, it will just go to the default, but you have the option.
-
Location Setting: This one was critical for people with multiple warehouses, or even drop shippers who bring their returns in house and have a different location.
-
Adjusting the product description: You could always write your own description in the widget, that still remains. Sometimes the description on the page would need to be adjusted, so we made it simple to do in while posting your DRIP.
-
Images: This was a big one I've been wanting to do for a while. In the past, the app just copied all the images and moved them over to the newly created page. In this update, you can now choose which ones go over. For example, if you are selling something in 5 colors, you would not want all 5 showing up when you are selling just one as a return. We also added the images of the return to the actual page, not just in the widget.
-
Both the description and the images tie into the goal of letting a customer know clearly exactly what they are getting when buying a returned item.

- Fixed Price: We had always had a fixed % off, but now you can just set the price. So if you want it at $99.99, you can do that.
