Okay, so who is Niche Retail then?
Niche Retail operates specialty webstores offering honest reviews and no gimmicks. Everyone on our staff is manufacturer trained, and most folks have spent time using the products. Our goal is to maintain the highest possible ethical standards with our customers, vendors, and employees. We're also a fun, irreverent bunch - no one ever wears a suit, we bring our dogs to work, and we have a great time working hard for you.

Aw, you noticed! ReturnsForSale.com is the bargain basement of NicheRetail webstores. Like the bargain basement of any high-end department store, it's a little bare bones (but it's full of hidden treasures!).
Exactly what am I getting when I purchase?
The items on ReturnsForSale.com were returned by consumers and showing signs of use or missing a part.  Some were simply discontinued. Each item has a grade to advise you of its overall condition.  We detail any specific issues like scratches or missing parts. You can often find brand-new, discontinued items or you can find an almost new item with only a tiny scratch. The items are usually not in the original factory box.  If you aren't fussy, you can find a real deal!  A bit of advice: we generally grade harshly to make certain the items up for sale fit into the grade we have assigned. If you want brand new items, surf on over to our retail sites. 
Return Policy The items presented on this site are Open Box or Closeout items, sold as-is. Most are not new. We only guarantee the items to be in the general condition described by the item's grade. All sales are final.
Warranty  Most of the products on sale have been returned for various reasons, and the warranties usually cover the 'original owner only'.  However, manufacturers generally stand behind their product and will provide or sell replacement parts if needed.
Where do you ship? And, just how much is shipping gonna cost me?

We ship anywhere in the continental US--sorry, no where else, not even APO/FPO addresses. 

We ship via FedEx services.  Here is how we determine freight fees:

If Purchase Total is up to $30.00, FedEx Ground Delivery is $5.00; FedEx 2-Day Delivery is $15.00; FedEx Overnite is $25.00.

If Purchase Total is $30.01 to $60.00, FedEx Ground Delivery is $10.00; FedEx 2-Day Delivery is $25.00; FedEx Overnite is $50.00.

If Purchase Total is over $60.01, FedEx Ground Delivery is $15.00; FedEx 2-Day Delivery is $35.00; FedEx Overnite is $75.00.
How do I pay for a purchase? We accept PayPal and Google Checkout for payment.  Sorry, no other options!
